Kristi Costa is an associate with Parker, Kern, Nard and Wenzel.
Her primary practice is civil litigation with emphasis on
subrogation and employment matters.
Mrs. Costa is a lifelong resident of Fresno. While earning her
Bachelor’s degree in Communication at Fresno State, Mrs. Costa
was a member of the Lady Bulldog Soccer Team. After completing
her Bachelor’s degree Mrs. Costa moved to Lake Tahoe for a short
time and then returned to Fresno to complete her Master’s Degree
in Communication. She was named on the Dean’s list, President’s
list, was a Dean’s Medalist finalist, and was an assistant coach
for the Fresno State Forensics team.
Mrs. Costa earned her J.D. at San Joaquin College of Law. While
earning her degree she interned with the Federal Defender’s
office, District Attorney’s office in both the Juvenile and
Career Criminal Departments, worked as a law clerk at a local
workers compensation firm, and worked as an
assistant librarian in the library at San Joaquin College of
Law.
Mrs. Costa is admitted to practice law before all Courts in the
State of California and the United States District Court in the
Eastern District.
