Wayde York is an associate attorney with Parker, Kern, Nard and Wenzel and handles the Southern California operation of the firm  from its office in Riverside.

Mr. York has over seven years of experience throughout Southern California representing small and large companies including, but not limited to, manufacturing and service industries.

Prior to being admitted to the California State Bar in 2003, Mr. York was employed with the County of Riverside, California for 11 years. He started his career with the County in 1992 in a regulatory capacity overseeing Emergency Medical Services ambulance providers, first responders, training institutions and hospitals. From there he transferred to the County Fire Department Office of Emergency Services. This involved working closely with county departments, cities, special districts and citizens to coordinate their disaster planning, preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery as well as collaborating local resources with the State of California and the federal government.

For the 10 years prior to moving to Southern California from Nebraska, Mr. York was a paramedic and a community college instructor.

When not vigorously defending employers and insurers, he and his wife Lisa enjoy spending time boating on the Colorado River with their dogs, friends, children and grandchildren.
